In 1981, we had a strong and clear vision of the future of our country, and we created Pedros Real Estate. We started as 3 entrepreneurs with dreams and hopes that Panama will become in the near future one of the preferred real estate and relocation destinations worldwide.

More than 27 years have passed since we started this dream, nobody could ever imagine the growth and development that our real estate market is facing today; because as a country Panama, has passed many difficult times, challenges and even crisis like in the 1980s, when many fear that the Canal transition at the end of the 1990s wasn’t going to be as smooth and efficient as it is today, or when the terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center in New York City in 2001 affected the world markets with doubt and uncertainty.

Many things have passed and our wonderful country have earned its position as a “The Skyscraper City” in Latin America, the construction is booming, as well as the real estate market; Therefore our company is getting recognition within our clients in the local and international markets for a job well done, for putting our customers first, and for giving service as a commitment to them.

Today we feel very proud of what we have achieved and contributed to Panama, our sales staffs is the best in the country and our work force is what makes the PEDROS TEAM main drive to create and build happy homes for families from Panama and Abroad. The leadership of this team is obtained from a very creative management team leaded by Mr. Pedro Detresno and Mrs. Mariana Reyes de Detresno (our founders); they have provided the company with a clear strategy for the design, development and sale of each one of our projects nation wide
